Steven Mills wrote on Big Big Train's wall: Rediscovered gems department: Stevie Wonder - Songs In The Key Of Life (1976) Housework day (clean kitchen, bathrooms, sponge down baseboards), so I pull out SITKOL for the first time in years and push my reluctant stereo as close to 115db as it could manage (@ 85% THD!). Spent half the time 'singing' (in so much as a pasty-faced Somerset lad can sing along with Stevie Wonder!) at the top of my lungs and the other half sobbing inconsolably into my washing suds. Ownership should be mandatory..... (7 likes, 4 comments)

Richard Thresh wrote on Big Big Train's wall: Well known amongst passengers is my ongoing enjoyment of Woody and Suzi's show on The Dividing Line. Tonight's show was particularly fine and introduced me to two great bands that I hadn't heard of before: Perfect Beings and Siddhartha (3 likes, 6 comments)

Jim Trainer wrote on Big Big Train's wall: Does anyone know what happened to Martin Read and Steven Hughes? Steve played drums for Kino and the Enid and I thought he was going to move on to bigger and better things after The Difference Machine. A great drummer - Hope he is still playing. I think Martin went back to Canada - he didn't have the impact or range of David Longdon but I thought he did a great Job on those early albums.

David Rickinson wrote on Big Big Train's wall: Currently listening (on vinyl, of course) to one of my favourite albums of the early 80s..... China Crisis' "Difficult shapes and passive rhythms". It may be full of analog synthesisers and early drum machines, but it is also full of emotion and lovely melodic surprises. Definitely not Prog though! (1 like, 2 comments)
